The project is a private client residence in Karen, Miotoni, designed as a two-storey Mediterranean-classical luxury home. The design draws from traditional classical architecture, combining strong symmetry, balanced proportions and a carefully articulated façade to create a sense of elegance and permanence.

The exterior is characterized by classical mouldings, pilasters, cornices, framed wall panels, large glazed openings and projecting balconies, which give the building depth and a strong visual hierarchy. The carefully composed massing creates a formal yet welcoming presence, while the generous openings allow natural light into the interiors and establish a connection with the surrounding landscape.

Internally, the architectural language continues through decorative wall panelling, marble finishes, refined metalwork, classical detailing and layered ambient lighting. The spacious arrangement is designed to support both comfortable family living and formal entertaining, with carefully considered living, private and recreational spaces.

The residence also places emphasis on indoor–outdoor living, with terraces, balconies and landscaped areas extending the main living spaces into the surrounding environment. The overall material palette and detailing are carefully coordinated to maintain a consistent sense of luxury throughout the house.
